Combatives
Combatives is a modern method of training using both Combat Fitness and Self Defence in one session. From the warm up right through until the cool down we use every moment and movement to train our focus, awareness, confidence, resilience, endurance, prescience and much more.
Beginners and All Levels Welcome.
First session is £FREE.
Please wear all black and bring water with a towel.
