Lee John Hasdell is a former professional Shoot-Fighter in Japan and the current World Director of ICO Mixed Martial Arts and Combat Ju-Jitsu.

A pioneer in the Western combative sports scene, Lee has established himself as a leading promoter, coach, and official, working and training alongside some of the world’s most respected combat sport organisations. His career spans decades of hands-on experience at the highest levels of competitive and applied martial arts.

Over 25 years ago, Lee founded Combat Consultancy, a platform dedicated to advancing the understanding and practical application of multi-combat systems across disciplines.

Today, Lee is available for international seminars, online training, and professional presentations, sharing his expertise with athletes, instructors, and organisations worldwide.
